new species no.3...

I have spent the last week and a half beavering away on a collection of small works. I am in my element creating these little works...they all follow the theme of 'recollections' - its about memories, the past, time... and its all represented through nature...


Here is one of the pieces and the latest 'new species' - 3 pods...

    i've been reading your blog for a while now & i don't know if i've commented before but just want to say hi
    & tell you how beautiful your work is. at first i thought the new species were oyster shells...with little treasures in them. they certainly do capture all that you were after !
    going back a few posts, your art lesson for your daughter & friend sounds wonderful...you got them to think & do a lot.
