two of my favourite things :)

if anyone knows the name of this tree i would love to know...

   wow, i have these pods, but you have the real trees to see them at all stages, now that is a treasure. really loving the pics of your new work neighbourhood.

   Hi, it looks kinda like an Australian flame tree--but not quite ... we have one in our yard. It blooms heavily every other year (bright orange-red bell-shaped flowers) and then similar pods (though darker in color) to these form. As I said, similar, but different! Lovely photos...
