From the moment they were born, i have loved them both more than words can express. They are my life. Recently we have been spending a lot of quality time together as a family and i often find myself literally overwhelmed with love for my two girls. It amazes me everyday how quickly they are growing up.

This week we had family day over here (in place of Mothers day) which meant lots of lovely handmade gifts from the girls from nursery and another reason to enjoy time together.

With Valentines day coming up i just wanted to take this opportunity to tell Shelly and Ella that I love them from here to the moon and back again xxxx

One of the beautiful things about a blog is that your girls can look back on this in years to come and be reminded of all that love.

It's wonderful that you share so much with your girls and make the mosts of the 1sts like the snow, they'll remember those moments for ever. I reckon they are going to grow up to be really well rounded caring and confident young women.

Also enjoyed your ink fun, it's quite addictive isn't it. I used to get in trouble for constantly dripping ink into the sink, toilet, vases of flowers!

I love how it spread differently on different papers, especially when it leaves a dark outline on a washy area. Mmm, nice.

I used to make blobs with my little cousin and then we'd draw faces, arms and legs on them, little menageries of inky blob creatures. We would sometimes work to a theme like circus, farm or sports day... keeps their minds engaged beyond the point where they might normally get bored with the same game.

Love to you in snow, in sun. x
