I love the look of papers dyed with tea. Another wonderful piece of art, the girl in the womb amongst tree roots is such a cozy image (by the way, is it easy to source so many cigar box lids)?
Julie, you are flooring me with your beautiful work.
And seeing someone else who saves and opens the tea bags :0) my room at college had washing lines of teabags strung across in varying colours from pale cream to plum and olive greens, depending on teh type of tea. People thought it was too weird but I LOVED to lie in bed and see the lines of them there, I thought they were beautiful. Especially on sunny days or candle-lit winter nights. Thanks for bringing back a nice memory.
ernesto is a master - if you can see his works in person. oh my god. the detail is so divine....
