Wow, after a week of not blogging, it feels like so much longer...i missed you all! I needed some quiet time and spent lots of time just painting and it was wonderful!! Im so excited to show you my new work next week...in time for an etsy update...
We also enjoyed many tickle fights..me being the looser, 3 against one!!!

With Winter returning to us for a few days, I think we had more rain in the last week than in the whole of winter but today was beautiful...so let me take you back to Neve Zedek where we quite unexpectantly spent some time this morning...

layers of buildings...

sparkling water channels in the ground...

spider-like thistles

rectangles...

and lines...

and the best part of our walk...natural wallpaper!!! So So beautiful.. these quite delicate flowers that grow up the walls of this building have dried out and are stuck to the surface...some have fallen off and what is left is a fossil-like pattern...really beautiful and natural!!

We of course had a very nice breakfast sitting under the canopy of a large old tree...hope you enjoyed the walk :)

Happy Wednesday all xxx

The wonderful title and beautiful pictures are so enticing, I am there. Love the unusual buildings, water channels, more signs of erosion. The natural wallpaper is just the most beautiful thing ever! Welcome back :)

I like the way, your eyes catch the small details in everything!
I thought a lot of you, when we were on holiday and took lots of tree-photos. But since we used a kind of "antique" photo-technic, you still have to wait a while for the results :))
