It was so lovely meeting all of you the other day at the tea party and the moment i left Risas place, i became sick with the flu and spent the weekend in bed with a fever!!! Well, i guess it was my turn as everyone else has it here...feeling a lot better today although still have a nasty cough!
Anyway, i spent 3 days doing nothing...except watching tv...martha, oprah, eastenders...and anything else i could find. Im not one of those people who usually takes a nap during the day - it feels like a waste of time to me and always think of something i could do...but this time i decided (apart from having no energy) to veg completely and it was nice to relax and do nothing!!!

So now i have a lot of catching up to do...

Just a little note on the fact that i put a picture of myself up...Steph said it so beautifully and honestly - i love her and feel exactly the same!!!!

hope you are all well and having a good week!

I'm glad you had some time to recover from the nasty flu, really hope the cough clears up soon. So happy you were brave enough to put pictures up, I can understand the thought process that Steph went through. Loving you both for it! Be well, X.

Glad to hear that you're on the mend now. The only good thing about getting the flu is the veg out time, well done on embracing it fully!

Three days of doing nothing... they always seem to come out of the blue. All of a sudden you can go from tearing about the place at full speed to completely immobilised. Feel better soon, Julie.
(Oh, and just secretly, I am longing for three days of lolling though without the feeling ill element).
    take care, g xo
