It seems my 'still spring' post was just in time because i think its now time to say goodbye to spring :( my favourite time of year is so short lived here and the soaring temperatures are on their way!!
Last night we celebrated Lag Ba'omer - a festival which entails sitting around the bonfire eating potatoes and marshmallows and singing songs. The kids all helped build the bonfire and we had a picnic around it in the evening - we had a great time!!
i love to be hypnotised by the flames

the bonfire party sounds like fun!!
i empathize with the goodbye to spring... it is so fleeting here too... now it's roasting hot! at least we had a little bit of rain this weekend to cool things off, now back to the furnace.
