I really love the work of Marie E.V.B Gibbons, especially her 'older' pieces.
"My work is typically narrative, speaking of the things that I experience and surround me in my day to day life. I interpret these incidents using metaphor: imagery of things that mean something to me, but are also identifiable to the viewer. "
I love the imagery and the forms, the textures and the colours. I like the idea of creating a series - allowing her to fully explore an idea.
Just beautiful...

    I love the swimmers and the swimmerball. Oh! yes I like some clay sculpture but I only did plates and bowls and I don't think sculpute is for me...at least for now. :)
