Last week the weather here was pretty fierce and snow fell in Jerusalem... on Thursday we took the girls to see snow for the first time. We went to the 'Rose Garden' in front of the Knesset and we played and threw snowballs and lay in the snow until it got dark - we had a great time!!

Every time we get to do a 'first' with the girls, i feel so excited for them and happy to experience it with them!!

Wishing you all a great week xx

I had wondered if we were going to get a snow post since I saw on the BBC Website that it has snowed in the MIddle East for the first time in years!

I am so glad that your children enjoyed their first experience of snow ball fights!

Us too, Julie! I took the kids to Givat Zeev and they played and threw snowballs at each other for the very first time! They're waiting for it to snow again now...

There's something magical about snow and firsts both.

Looks wonderful. And, like Di, I saw it on the news over here.

    see you,

Wish I could have gone to Jerusalem; all we got here in the Tel Aviv area was lots of rain, wind and cold temperatures! Glad you all had fun!
